STEP ONE

Choose Your Service Pairs

Select the lifecycle stages you need. Each pair is priced per employee per month (PEPM) with a monthly minimum, so smaller teams never overpay.

  • PEPM stands for per employee per month.

    You multiply your employee count by the rate for each service pair you select. If the result is below the monthly minimum, you pay the minimum. If it's above, you pay the calculated amount.

    Your price adjusts quarterly as your headcount changes.

  • Absolutely.

    Most clients start with one or two pairs — usually Pay & Protect or Welcome & Grow — and add more as we show you results.

    You’re never locked into more than you need right now.

  • Headcount is reviewed quarterly.

    If your count moves into a new tier, pricing adjusts on the next invoice cycle. We’ll always notify you 30 days before any change so there are no surprises.

  • For most industries yes — our PEPM model is designed to be fair across the board.

    Highly regulated industries or organizations with complex compliance requirements may have custom pricing. Book a discovery call and we'll be transparent about what applies to you.

  • No. All engagements are month-to-month by default with 30-day written notice to cancel.

    If you want to commit to 12 months upfront, we waive your onboarding fee entirely and give you priority scheduling.

    If you want to commit to 6 month upfront, you receive 50% off onboarding fees.
