Select the lifecycle stages you need. Each pair is priced per employee per month (PEPM) with a monthly minimum, so smaller teams never overpay.

One-time Onboarding Fee
Every engagement starts with a one-time onboarding fee per service pair. This covers your initial audit, system setup, client portal, direct messaging, monthly reporting, dedicated relationship management, and the first 30 days of foundation building.

PEPM stands for per employee per month.
You multiply your employee count by the rate for each service pair you select. If the result is below the monthly minimum, you pay the minimum. If it's above, you pay the calculated amount.
Your price adjusts quarterly as your headcount changes.

Headcount is reviewed quarterly.
If your count moves into a new tier, pricing adjusts on the next invoice cycle. We’ll always notify you 30 days before any change so there are no surprises.
